Sourcing Property was founded in 2006 by recognised property expert, Jo Eccles, who regularly appears in the national press and on television.
Over the past six years, we have bought over £100 million of property, negotiated over 80 rental properties and worked with clients from 37 different countries.
Our team differs from other property search companies in that we come from a range of business and property backgrounds. We are not former estate agents so we will advise you but not sell to you. We have expert knowledge in our specific areas and work closely with tried and tested property professionals including solicitors, mortgage brokers and tradesmen.
A testament to our knowledge and approach is that we are regularly recommended by some of the leading banks and concierge services who entrust us with their clients.
